- Chainlink will feed it verified pricing data. Because apparently, blockchains can’t trust themselves. 🤖
- Tokenizing real-world assets is all the rage now. Institutions are jumping on the bandwagon like it’s the last chopper out of Saigon. 🚌
So, Dinari-the tokenized equity guru-is cozying up to Chainlink for some fancy pricing data to bring the S&P DJI’s crypto-focused index onchain. Because who needs traditional finance when you can have it all in a token? 🤑
The S&P Digital Markets 50 Index is tracking 35 blockchain companies and 15 top cryptos. Dinari’s “dShares” will let you dip your toes in both TradFi and crypto with one token. Each dShare is backed 1:1 with the underlying stock, so you can still get your dividends and redemptions. It’s like having your cake and eating it too, but with more blockchain. 🍰
S&P DJI isn’t backing the token, but they’re cool with Chainlink’s data standards. Because if Chainlink says it’s transparent and reliable, it must be, right? 🤔

Fernando Vazquez from Chainlink Labs said something about enabling the first index to operate onchain with verifiable, real-time data. Sounds impressive, but let’s see if it crashes first. 🚀💥
This whole thing is part of a bigger trend of dragging TradFi instruments onto the blockchain. Bonds, funds, equities-you name it. It’s like the blockchain is the new black. 🖤
Oh, and Centrifuge already launched the first licensed S&P 500 index fund onchain. SPXA, traded on Coinbase’s Base network. Because why stop at one index when you can tokenize them all? 🎲
