Move aside, dull crypto-USD duets! As Bitcoin struts around, basking in recent glory, all eyes poke toward the ethereal ether-bitcoin (ETH/BTC) tango, the new diva of dance.

Ether’s been on a ninja climb-more than 4% in just a day-touching $3,200, while Bitcoin lounges above $93K, unperturbed. Instant indices like CoinDesk 20 & 80 have nudged up by around 1%, probably just trying to keep up with Ether’s ego.

Boosted by bullish bravado, Ether/BTC ratio has skyrocketed 4%, shattering the descending trendline from August’s lofty heights-proof that Ether’s cocky rally is here to stay.

A sprinkle of fundamental fairy dust-Fusaka upgrade (yes, a name that sounds like a martial arts move)-supercharges Ethereum! Now more scalable, more efficient with PeerDAS, and capable of stuffing more transactions in each digital shoebox (block). CoinMetrics calls it a “gas limit” party-gas prices cheaper, throughput higher, congestion lower. Yay?

Analysts such as Timothy Misir from BRN are already twirling their mustaches and pitching “Ether’s renaissance,” as new addresses and wallet boisterousness suggest organic, genuine growth. Wallets holding 1,000-10,000 ETH are hoarding more, probably planning the Etherapalooza soon.

Meanwhile, spot Ether ETFs in the U.S. made a tidy $140 million-clearly the new trend, while XRP raked in $50 million and BTC/ SOL ETFs took a quick step back.

PayPal’s stablecoin, PYUSD, now the sixth-largest (because what’s stable and big enough to matter), surged over 36% last month-because that’s what stablecoins do-stick around like that one annoying cousin at every family gathering.

In the old money world, Japanese bonds are throwing a tantrum, with yields rising-Dutch banks whisper of a U.S. Treasury rally-stay alert, or go grab popcorn!
